1. Service. The app lets a Wix Stores merchant offer wholesale prices to approved customers by creating Wix automatic discount rules and checkout validations on the merchant's site.
2. Billing. Paid plans are billed by Wix under the Wix App Market terms. Cancelling the plan returns the site to the free plan limits.
3. Merchant responsibility. The merchant sets the prices, approves customers and remains responsible for pricing, tax treatment (e.g. VAT reverse charge) and invoicing. The app only applies the configured discounts.
4. Availability. The app depends on Wix platform services. It is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability; if the app cannot determine eligibility, retail prices apply.
5. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Law. French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
