Wholesale & B2B Pricing ("the app") is published by Optexia, France ("we"), optexia.com.
What the app stores
When a site member applies for a wholesale account, the app stores their member id, contact id, e-mail, name, company, VAT/tax number, phone and message, and the application status. It also stores the merchant's wholesale settings.
Where it is stored
In the merchant's own Wix site, in Wix CMS collections created by the app. The app runs on Wix's serverless hosting and sends no data to servers operated by us or by third parties. We do not access merchants' customer data.
Why
Solely to let the merchant review applications and give approved customers wholesale prices.
Roles
The merchant is the data controller for their customers' data; Wix is the hosting processor.
Retention and deletion
Data stays until the merchant deletes the application in the dashboard or uninstalls the app. Customers can ask the merchant to delete their data at any time; merchants can forward such requests to us and we answer within 30 days.
Support requests
If you e-mail us, we keep your message and e-mail address only as long as needed to answer it, and at most 24 months.
